Description:
Austin Self Defense has assisted Austin-area residents in reaching their self defense goals since 2002.
We seek to simulate real-life situations so that that our clients will be prepared in the case of an actual attack increasing the odds that they will win, not just survive. Austin Self Defense teaches both defensive and offensive techniques in all our classes with the exception of our conditioning classes.
We offer a full variety of mixed martial arts classes for both kids and adults. At our Cedar Park training facility you can enroll in boxing, self defense, submission wrestling, Krav Maga and more.
Our friendly staff seeks to encourage our clients in any way they can. There are no attitudes at Austin Self Defense.
